Hagerstown Community College: Center For Business and Entrepreneurial Studies

About This Project

The 35,362 gsf renovated CBES project houses both HCC’s business and entrepreneurial credit courses and program offerings. The building also serves as a business incubator for start-ups providing leasable office space with common support spaces.  Thus, enabling interaction and impromptu discussion between students and businesses.

The goal for this project was to provide a state-of-the-art facility with built-in instructional innovation capacity and class A office space.

Alterations included major interior renovations of all three (3) floors, exterior envelope, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing system modifications and replacement. The project also included a new 700 gsf Lobby and Canopy addition.
